Circuit training consists of a sequence of timed (or interval) aerobic and muscular exercises which form a
lap called circuit. The circuit can be repeated as many times as required.
The benefits of Fitness Circuit Training are increased endurance, fitness, agility, flexibility and stamina. Also,
depending on user intensity, circuit training can be completed in such a way as to provide a good work-out in a short
period of time.
Circuit training is a preferred exercise method for employee fitness exercise programs because it is affordable
