NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, OR CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC), AGE 18 OR OLDER. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Nik Design house number Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") ends at 11:59 p.m. atlantic Time every month on the 1st and consists of one monthly. Sweepstakes is sponsored by Nik Design inc. ("Sponsor"). Prizes provided and fulfilled by Nik Design inc. Only one entry per person and per email address per month. (1) Eligibility: Sweepstakes is offered only to all natural persons, age 18 and older as of the date of entry, who are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Employees, independent contractors, distributors, resellers, officers, and directors of Sponsors, their affiliates and/or subsidiaries, Sponsor's advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. Automated sweepstake entry service will be automatically disqualified. (2) How to Enter: (1) On line: Access the Sweepstakes online at http://www.nikdesign.com , complete the Entry Form and click on the "Submit" button and you will be entered automatically; (2) By Mail: Mail a postcard on which you have hand-printed the words "Nik Design house number Giveaway" and your name, address and telephone number, and e-mail address (if you do not have an e-mail address, print "no e-mail address") to: Nik Design house number Giveaway, 28 St-Jean AV st, Edmundston NB E3V 1C8 Canada. Only one entry per outer envelope will be accepted. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted. You may submit one (1) entry per person, e-mail address per month during the sweepstakes additionnal entries will be destroyed. (In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted a particular on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account.) Sponsor not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. In order to be eligible, entries must be received no later than 11:59pm atlantic on the last day of every month starting july 15, 2000; all entries become Sponsor's property and will not be acknowledged or returned. (3) Prize: 1 - Nik Design illuminated house number. Between 1 and 5 number. Approximate retail value between $77.50 USD to 213.33 USD. Prize is non-assignable and nontransferable. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. (4) Winners: Winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be conducted by Nik Design at its offices on or about 14 business days from the end of the Sweepstakes (as set forth above). Winners entering by filling an internet form will be contacted via email. All decisions by Nik Design in regard to this sweepstakes are final and binding. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Canadian residents must correctly answer a timed, mathematical, skill-testing question, if selected as a winner, in order to receive a prize. In order to claim prize, each Winner may be required to complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and/or liability and publicity release which must be signed and returned so that it is received within 7 days of date printed on notification or alternate winner will be selected at random. If selected winner is not of the age of majority in winner's state of residence, prize may be awarded to winner's parent or legal guardian. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. Accepting and/or using prizes constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use Winner's name, voice, hometown and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. (5) General Terms and Conditions: By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor, its shareholders, agents and representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible or liable for, and shall be released and held harmless from: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (iv) any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
