The Stop signs are built out of High intensity 3M reflective material and the charcaters are built with super bright LEDs that consume less than 15W. There are two ways in which the STOP sign can flash: 1. IN-SYNC FLASHING: This occurs when the stop sign and beacon flash on and off at the same time.2. OUT-OF-SYNC FLASHING: The stop sign and beacon flash opposite to each other: when one is on the other is off.
